Get Fit, Get Healthy

Back in April when I fasted for the 40 days of Lent, I thought I might lose a little weight.  What I discovered was that when I was able to eat, I wasn't careful about what I was eating.   I had pie if I wanted, ice cream if I wanted, whatever I wanted at dinner time, I had.  Now that we are on this challenge to get fit and get healthy I have surprised myself.  I am actually watching what I eat, am careful about not eating the wrong things and I am drinking water.  If you know me at all you know I don't drink water, AT ALL.  But I discovered these little flavor enhancers that I can't possibly recommend enough.  As of 2:00 this afternoon I'm on my second quart of water for the day!  I haven't had anything to drink other than water for 5 days.  It's amazing.  Go get some at your local grocery store.
